Nadia Lines

Nadia Lines is 19 years old and is a first-year undergraduate reading English at St Catharine’s College, Cambridge. She is inspired by the work of Keats and started writing poetry when she was fourteen. Her work has been published by the Young Poets Network, the Keats-Shelley Review and Modern Poetry in Translation. She was a Foyle Young Poet of the Year in 2019.
She says of her work:
‘As I am only young, I feel as though I am still developing my style. At the moment, I think of it as gentle, musical and kind. This poem is for my ‘college wife’, Genevieve.’
