Cherry Smyth is Irish and based in London. Her latest poetry collection is Famished (Pindrop Press, 2019).  The poem ‘In the Arctic Mountain’ was inspired by the seed vault at Svalbard, Norway, built for safety and pregnable now due to climate catastrophe.
