Deniz Karakuş was born in Turkey, 1989. She graduated from Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, Department of Architecture in 2016. She completed her master’s degree program with the thesis title ‘An Examination About The Play Potential of Space’ in June 2019.
Emre Altındağ was born in Turkey, 1990. Completed his bachelor degree in 2015, Mimar Sinan University of Fine Arts, Painting Department. In 2018, he published his master thesis entitled ‘The Comparison of Paul Klee and Bedri Rahmi Eyuboglu's Lecture Notes in the Art Education Aspect’.
Deniz has provided the following statement in relation to this work…

‘We can think of this as an affinity story. Focusing on the moments in the moment... Collecting the scattering parts of the story in each frame... Looking at the story closer, a little closer, and with one more frame closer... Because a story that looks unpretentious from the outside can create a vortex inside. The affinity that we will establish with others is hidden in these vortices. A simple-looking story reveals itself in the similarity we can establish with it inside.’
